If I place my order now, when will I receive it ?
A date can be chosen for both delivery and pickup however, only pickups can have a precise time. This time can be chosen during checkout. As for local deliveries a time of day cannot be guaranteed.
Are your products allergy friendly?
At this time our products are only peanut and nut free.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes, we do have vegan options! Please note that our vegan options are not for people who are vegan due to an intolerance or allergy, as there can be cross contamination.
Do I need to place an order in advance, or can I come choose in store?
We always love seeing your faces! Cookies are always available and so are our drinks. Other than cookies, not all products are available every day.
Do you have an ingredient list?
Yes, please refer to the ingredients on the product page.
What are your opening hours?
Please refer to Google search for the most up-to-date schedule regarding opening hours.
Do you ship outside of Montreal or Quebec?
We do! Anything outside a 30 KM radius falls under the ‘’shipping’’ category. We ship all across Canada! At the moment, we do not ship to the USA.
Can I place an order and pickup in store?
Yup! All orders can be for either pickup, local delivery or shipping!
Where are you located?
We are located at 4710 rue Saint-Ambroise, Unit 130, Montreal, QC, H4C 2C7
How do I get access to the building?
On weekdays, the door is open from 8-5 PM. After 5 PM and on weekends, you must dial 130# to get access to the building. Once in the building, turn left and go down the hall. We are neighbours with the bike shop located at unit 130.
Can we add writing to cake or other products?
We do not currently offer cake writing services on any of our cakes or other items.
Are you certified Kosher?
Although we are not certified Kosher, we use only Kosher certified ingredients.
Do you offer catering services?
We do! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements and what you were looking for. Please note that we need a minimum of 2 weeks for all catering orders.
Can I place a bulk order?
Absolutely! All items can be ordered in bulk. For orders over $500, please contact us directly at email@example.com , so we can apply a bulk discount.
Can I modify my order after it is placed?
In some cases, we can modify an order after it is placed. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can if you require an order modification, and we will do our best to accommodate.
